Description:

Student success is built on more than academic instruction alone—it requires strong relationships, coordinated supports, and a shared commitment to the well-being of every child. The Partners for Student Success Conference brings together educators, administrators, school mental health professionals, community organizations, healthcare providers, and students to explore how meaningful collaboration can enhance both student well-being and achievement.

This conference recognizes that no single professional or system can meet the diverse needs of today’s students. By fostering partnerships across disciplines and sectors, schools create supportive environments that promote, resilience, belonging, positive mental health outcomes as well as learning and academic achievement.

Participants will engage in discussions and practical learning opportunities focused on building effective school-community partnerships, strengthening multidisciplinary teams, integrating academic and social-emotional supports, and leveraging community resources to address barriers to student success.

When schools, families, and communities work together using a student-centered approach, focusing on well-being as well as achievement, students flourish!
