What Is Aging in Place?
Aging in place involves planning and implementing strategies that allow older adults to live safely and comfortably in their homes as they age. This includes accessing community resources and receiving in-home support services. The goal is to enhance the quality of life for older adults by preserving their autonomy and connection to their community.
**Services are supported in part by the Himmelfarb Fund for Senior Independence and Well-being.
