Conscious Eating Across the Lifespan: How to Support a Healthy Relationship with Food at Any Age
April 17 @ 9:00 am - 12:15 pm
3 Continuing Education Credits
This CE training will explore how eating behaviors change throughout the lifespan, how to support a healthy relationship with food at each stage, and how to get back on track when the relationship with food becomes a problem. Participants will examine the impact of emotional awareness, alexithymia, and experiential absorption on emotional eating and review the unconscious eating cycle and interventions to redirect problem-eating behaviors. The session will include an experiential conscious eating exercise.
