Employment and Career Services Employment and Career Services

JSSA’s Employment and Career Services assists people of all ages and career backgrounds, who are unemployed or underemployed, career changers, and those in need of career guidance. JSSA offers group and individual services designed around a personal employment strategy including creating an effective resume, interview, job search and networking skills. Career testing is available. Focused workshops, and lectures on employment related topics enhance your use of JSSA services. Many services are free, or for a nominal fee and fee adjustments are often available for other services.

JSSA’s Supported Employment for Individuals with Disabilities offers customized services including vocational assessment, a work readiness group program, job development and placement and ongoing job coaching support. Our ongoing services are ideal for those whose goal is community based competitive employment.
