For: Children and adolescents, ages 4-17 who are having trouble at school, seem unhappy or bored, exhibit problematic behavior, have a hard time developing and maintaining relationships, are lagging in social skills development or have difficulty with non-verbal cuing. Service description: In small groups, children who have difficulty in social situations because of ADHD, Asperger's syndrome, PDD or other challenges learn appropriate social behaviors such as initiating and maintaining conversation, listening, sharing, problem-solving, self-control, handling teasing, dealing with emotions and making friends.

Payment: Information about JSSA's fees and charges is available upon request. JSSA accepts full fee-for-service as well as most major insurance and managed care plans. JSSA also accepts Medicare and Medicaid and can provide financial assistance on a sliding fee scale based on need.
