Service providers: Medical directors/physicians, highly skilled registered nurses, experienced clinical social workers, certified nursing assistants skilled in end-of-life care, pastoral counselors/chaplains and rabbis, nsively trained volunteers. Service location: JSSA's hospice services can be provided in a patient’s home or in the home of a family member, senior living residence, assisted living facility, or nursing home and are available throughout Montgomery County.
