JSSA’s holiday gift giving program was launched in response to the growing need to help those in our community unable to comfortably celebrate the December holidays.

WHO BENEFITS?
In 2010, JSSA helped over 270 children, parents and frail seniors in the DC metro area enjoy brighter holidays, thanks to generous JSSA donations.

WHAT IS NEEDED?
Gift cards! Department, grocery, pharmacy, toy and book stores are most requested. Gift cards are meaningful as they preserve the confidentiality of clients, and allow recipients the dignity of selecting unique clothes, books and toys for their loved ones. Clients can also purchase much needed items such as prescriptions, medical supplies and food for holiday meals.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Sponsor individuals and families with gift cards or a monetary gift in support of the Give-a-Gift program. Click here to contribute online, and select “Give-a-Gift” under Gift Designation.
