Individual and Family Support Services
For: Children, adolescents, adults with special needs and their families. Service description: JSSA offers a wide range of individual and family support services including:
- Early intervention services
- Care coordination services
- Family coordination for children, teens, and young adults with Autism spectrum disorders (autism, Asperger's syndrome, PDD, NOS)
- Assistance with funding and benefits applications
- Homemaker and personal care services
- Escorted transportation to medical appointments
- Referrals and community resource coordination
Service providers: Clinical social workers, case managers, psychologists, board-certified psychiatrists and educational specialists.

Payment: Information about JSSA's fees and charges is available upon request. JSSA accepts full fees for this service. JSSA can provide financial assistance on a sliding fee scale based on need.
