JSSA seeks to be the first place for the community, and in particular Jewish individuals and families, to turn for help. Individuals and families facing issues they may not fully understand, or situations that require expert advice and options can depend on JSSA for professional care.
Mission
JSSA supports individuals and families in need as a result of emotional, social or physical challenges. JSSA provides the highest-quality counseling, home care, vocational, educational and social services to individuals of all ages in Metropolitan Washington, regardless of ability to pay. JSSA's services reflect the traditional Jewish respect for the dignity and uniqueness of each human life.
