Senior Director of Operations and Business Development/Montrose Road
The position is responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality services to senior members of the community, expansion of these and related-services into the DC market, and maintaining current operations and developing future plans for our Maryland facility. You will interface with key stakeholders of the organization, including members of the senior management, local and regional community leaders, and government officials in neighboring jurisdictions. The position reports to the COO.
Candidates should have experience in analysis and restructuring of operations and conducting feasibility studies and business planning for expanded service lines. You will have the ability to exercise all of these talents within the first 12 to 18 months of your employment. Incumbent must have a track record of solid management skills and strong entrepreneurial talents. The right candidate will use their proven entrepreneurial skills and business development experience to grow and diversify our services. Candidates must have a Master's Degree in a related field of study, Business, Public Health, Public Administration or Mental Health Administration, and a minimum of ten years full-time, relevant health care operations experience with proven management skills, with multi-site management preferred. A history of continuing professional and management growth at progressively more responsible levels is required.

Clinical Social Worker or Professional Counselor/Full-Time/Ina Kay Building, Rockville

JSSA seeks full-time candidates, who must be experienced in individual, family and group therapy with children and adolescents. A working knowledge of Asperger’s syndrome and other developmental disabilities, case management and an overall understanding of the life span development is preferred. LCSW-C or LCPC required. Some evening hours necessary. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience required.

Hospice- Quality Improvement Coordinator/Montrose Road

JSSA Hospice is seeking a part-time Quality Improvement Coordinator for our growing hospice program. Applicants should be familiar with accreditation processes. Responsible on Performance Improvement Process and QAPI. Incumbent must have an active RN Maryland license or other compact state. 3-5 yrs of experience in hospice or quality improvement.
